Agreement Terms

Thank you very much for your order with Thingo Digital Services. We are excited to work with you, and we are confident that together we will create a product that makes you stand out in the applicant pool.

So that we can best meet your expectations, please take the time to understand and agree to the following eight statements:


1) I understand that a resume, a LinkedIn profile or the knowledge about the frequently asked interview questions, by itself won’t get me hired; it is a valuable tool that will help get my foot in the door. 

Although the internet has made it much easier to apply for jobs, these documents alone are not all you need to land a job. Though you will have exceptional documents, you should continue to network, utilize creative avenues such as social media, and be assertive in your job search strategy. Your proactive approach, coupled with your new documents, will help you land interviews that will lead to your dream job.


2) I understand that the resume creation process is a collaborative process. 

You and your consultant are full partners in the creation of your resume and other documents; solid effort must be made on both ends to collaborate. The ability to meet deadlines and produce quality documents is dependent on your own timely effort in the process.


3) I will make a good effort to show up to my phone consultation and provide my writer with reasonable availability to meet over the phone.


Your phone consultation is vital to the success of the writing process, so you will give your writer reasonable availability and show up on time.

4) I will make a good effort to provide all the additional information that my writer asks of me. 

Your writer will ask you questions about your experience in both emails and the phone consultation; you should answer these as promptly as possible to help us write the best possible documents for you.


5) Once I approve of my writer’s work, I understand I cannot request edits or revisions. 

Your confirmation of your final drafts will indicate to us that you are satisfied and cannot request revisions free of charge.

Your phone consultation will allow to modify your first drafts in collaboration with your writer. Once you receive your second drafts after your phone consultation, you will have four business days to request additional revisions. If you do not request revisions during the four-business day window after receiving your second drafts, we will send you the final drafts of the documents.


6) I understand that Thingo Digital Services does not give out full refunds. 

We value our consultants’ time and talent, and want to make sure they are compensated for their hard work. Therefore, consultation fees and other writer fees that go directly into compensating our writers are non-refundable (rush order service fees included).


7) I understand that ultimately I am responsible for the outcome of my job search, including any receipt of interviews or job offers. 

Although our services will strive to give you the tools you need for your job search, you take full responsibility for what you send to future employers and understand that you are ultimately responsible for the outcome of your job search.


8) I am now ready to give my all—and ready to produce a stellar resume and LinkedIn Profile! Woo-hoo!

  Our Satisfaction Guarantee

What does ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ mean? Thingo Digital Services’ satisfaction guarantee means that we are committed to delivering both an exceptional experience and a high-quality product that adheres to our rigorous standards and maintains the integrity of your content. We don’t, however, guarantee interviews or offer letters. We are invested in making sure our clients have an outstanding experience, so please do voice any concerns during the one-week revision period after your rough drafts are received.

Our guarantee expires 30 days after first drafts are received. You forfeit the right to our guarantee if you do not actively collaborate* with your writer after receiving your first drafts. At any point during the 30-day window, please feel free to reach out to with any concerns or questions.

(*“Actively collaborate” means making an earnest attempt to communicate with your writer and/or their supervisor through at least one email to them.)

Refund Policy 

If you would like a refund for your purchase for any reason and you have not received your first drafts, Thingo Digital Services provides a three-day money-back guarantee. After this three-day window, your purchase will turn into a credit that expires after two years and refunds will not be honoured.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 01.01.2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
